This Vienna street isn’t “closed” because cars are removed. It’s fully opened to everything else because cars are removed.

Trying to push similar on Waters Avenue in Savannah, GA.

Finally got an "in" on the Municipal Planning Commission. Told my buddy that I'm a huge geek and city planning nerd... to prepare himself... because all he's ever gonna hear me talk about from here on out is bikes, buses, and Battlestar Galactica.
