@Pink_Bunny That's the content warning. For instance, if I tag a post with a content warning of "baseball" like I did here, that's the only word that will show in your feed unless you click to see the rest.

@Pink_Bunny I hope the content warnings end up getting used often for spoilers. It would be cool if they could be used on both the series level and episode level.
