Both taken today, 6 hrs apart. The female flower on my Begonia thelmae opened today so I decided to pollinate it. I’m still learning my way round Begonias as I go, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from this. Definitely not such a visible change so quickly! Usually the female flower closes up again after successful pollination, but not in all species, so I didn’t know if it would be apparent if my efforts worked or not.
