My bookmarks in Firefox are an absolute mess. Spent an hour this morning going through them, sorting them into folders and deleting dead links (about 50%, I estimate).
Realised I don't really use them. Does anyone regularly access their browser bookmarks these days?
@praest76 Absolutely I do. They are all in one folder, and I mainly access them through the URL bar by typing "*" and then entering a term. That searches your bookmarks. When I bookmark something, I almost always give it one or more tags too. Type "*" followed by the name of a tag, there they are in the dropdown menu. CTRL-SHIFT-O to view and organize them.
My advice? Forget about organizing them into folders. Tags and keywords all the way.
