Aren't they already on the offensive when they craft these laws, rules, and biased redistricting? The only new "advantage" they might have is in bribing judges or jurors... and I'm fairly certain they've entertained those means in many an election. They're bothered that others use our Constitution to battle them so frequently... how unfair.
