The toughest thing about proving white collar crime, as I've learned from @Popehat is proving intent. I'd imagine that suspects having a groupchat called "Wirefraud" must make prosecutors positively *giddy*. @Popehat @annmlipton though, to be fair, my own jokey group chat names (of which there are many) might not look very good out of context. Even my wifi hotspot name is a joke about breaking encryption that I'd probably regret if anyone knew about it...
