@JudeDoyle It’s probably not viable to come down from upstate, but my barbershop in LIC is hugely queer-affirming. I only have direct experience with my own barber’s work, but she’s great. If you want to know more for when the matter comes up again next year, let me know.

@JudeDoyle one of the worst things about moving was saying goodbye to my barber- she's this dapper dyke, young boomer, picture perfect in bowtie and apron. Miss her so much.
