a) i doubt that it’s your photo so you should give credits, name a source or something
b) it’s not hundreds of sunsets. It’s hundreds pictures of the same.

The technique looks like the live-composite feature available in Olympus MFT and (some?) Panasonic cameras. Probable made by hand in Photoshop (layers combined with modus „lighten“ and maybe masking out what doesn’t look good.
