How disgraceful of them (and how utterly disappointing). This will adversely impact the very people for whom they feign concern - "those most at risk, including older Australians, First Nations people, people with a disability, people in remote communities and people with underlying health conditions." Of course, there will be an up-side for the government in that there will be fewer COVID cases identified which means they can bury their heads in the sand and pretend it doesn't exist, and they can blame those "most at risk" people for their 'failure' to get a PCR test.
