My house, being a draughty Edwardian place, is like being on exercise in the Brecon Beacons *all day long*
@GuyDorrellEsq You don't specify whether that's a pro or a con đŸ¤”
@GuyDorrellEsq In my draughty Victorian house, heating on 24/7 with boiler flow temp turned low (usually 35, currently 43 due to the cold snap) is most effective. Radiators only get slightly warm and not hot, but because you are making use of the thermal mass of the house and not having to reheat the walls and high ceiling space from cold every time the heating comes back on that’s all that’s needed. Worked out cheaper for us than the traditional on-off method too.
