@mimnix I’ve done it a bunch of times. The most important thing to find out is how much runway the startup has. If they have a year or more, I totally recommend it. You learn in a year what you’d learn in 3 years in a larger company, plus you usually get to try on many different hats in a short period of time.
mimnix@esfoobar yeah, and leaning is one of the most important aspect I look for. Also, transferring know-how to somebody else is something that makes me feel kinda happy. I hope that would be a good place to get all of this
