NEW: Full video shows LA City Councilmember Kevin de León and staffers violently attacking Black organizer Jason Reedy, who kept his hands in the air and did not initiate physical contact.

The video proves that Kevin de León lied in statement about being "assaulted".

@cjmoose @chadloder my personal space is 6 feet,( CDC approved). If you get inside my space, you are being, at least, micro-aggressive.

@abbadon @chadloder I need my personal space as well. And when someone invades mine, violently attacking them in retaliation is a sure way to lose my right to personal space. There are other options besides violence.

@cjmoose @chadloder of course there are other ways to deal with this. But I’m not going to fault him for reacting like this. The guy is a POS, but is still entitled to his personal space.
With his county’s reputation, I’m surprised there weren’t any shots fired.
