All summer long in in 2020, federal DHS agents reporting to Chad Wolf, and at Bill Barr’s direction, laid siege to the city of Portland to suppress #BLM and “#Antifa” protestors. The paramilitary agents used rooftop snipers to maim people, kidnapped protesters in unmarked vans, and brutally attacked journalists, legal observers, and medics with sonic weapons, batons and tear gas. They even used the Proud Boys within Portland PD to threaten our Mayor.

I was monitoring police radio, including a Sheriff’s tactical driving training event where they were celebrating mowing over protesters with armored vehicles, yelling “Antifa down!” every time some Proud Boy cop hit a cone. I wound up making a short film about one downtown protest, even after my permit was denied by the City.
