This is Zimbabwe, Harare, Zim Post Building. The first headquarters for the Avengers before American white capital ran us down.

It has now been converted to a Zim Post Building, a memorial for all the dead heroes like Spawn, Green Lantern and Edward Norton's Incredible Hulk.
