Dumpster-fire Kyrsten Sinema leaving the Democratic Party isn’t surprising

What would be surprising is if she held a town hall or represented the people who elected her.

@flexghost she is absolutely infuriating. Manchin too is a PITA, but I feel like Sinema is worse, he at least has the excuse of being a D senator in a otherwise deep R state. She’s just a complete corporate shill, taking her ball and going home because the 51 vote majority made her less relevant. I was looking forward to seeing her get primaried, but she found a way to deprive that joy too. 🤬

@reiner manchin plays ball when he’s thrown coal and his seat would be R for anyone else

Sinema is a traitor with ties to Stein and the Green Party who took money from Putin to siphon votes from democrat candidates. Also a total lair. Also not representative.

@flexghost Uhhhh....no.

Greens can't be blamed for this, since Sinema long since abandoned them for the cash of the corporatists.

And also, she's not even abandoning the Democrats, since Schumer just announced that she will keep all her committee assignments and will still caucus with the Democrats.

Russians launched pro-Jill Stein social media blitz to help Trump win election, reports say

The Russian effort to interfere with the 2016 presidential election focused in part on boosting Green Party candidate Jill Stein to aid Trump, reports say.

@AnthonyJK it’s cool. The hill and Jill Stein said sitting with Putin, and Michael Flynn, was a nonevent. https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/366126-jill-stein-2015-russia-dinner-with-putin-was-a-nonevent/amp/
Jill Stein: 2015 Russia dinner with Putin was a ‘non-event’

“There were no introductions, no conversations…it was really quite a non-event” Jill Stein, 2016 Green Party Presidential Candidate, on being seated at the same table as Vladimir Putin during a 2015 dinner for Russian state television broadcaster RT https://t.co/CuCD0K4lCj pic.twitter.com/EXPQnF3n2s — OutFrontCNN (@OutFrontCNN) December 22, 2017 Former Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein on Thursday said…

The Hill

@flexghost So, one meeting with Putin and a mere sighting with Michael Flynn makes someone a "Putin apologist"? Or is it merely that Stein opposes Democrats from the Indy Left rather than your preferred opposition from the Right? And, what does that say about the Clintons, who actually got money from Putin and his donors?

And, secondly, I no more trust The Hill than I can reach them with a 100' pole. I'm an Indy Leftist, not a Republican. They are NOT the same.

@AnthonyJK one meeting with a genocidal maniac who intervenes with elections around the world is awesome. Every legit non-ghost candidate should do it.

Good luck on your first year in sociology. Great degree.
