So, today we published our newest report "Enough Deception" on #deceptivedesign (aka #darkpatterns), with a main focus on "popular" designs targeted at consumers in Norway.

We also sent letters to ten companies, including international brands such as Ryanair, Wish & Ticketmaster.

Many companies use deceptive design to hold on to customers, increase sales, or acquire personal data. In many cases, this is illegal, the Norwegian Consumer Council says.
