@msignorile it’s awful.
Every time something like this happens, I am reminded that the SCOTUS-installed GWB had the opportunity to lead the country in energy conservation (as Gore would have done). Why send billions to the country where the majority 9/11 terrorists originated?

Instead Bush gave tax breaks for gas-guzzling pickup trucks and SUVs. Send the troops, but God forbid the American citizenry be asked to make any sacrifices.
