So can an employer not pay you for a day because of a performance issue or rule violation? Or reduce your pay to minimum wage (a >50% decrease) for submitting a time sheet late? Wondering abt the legality and if signing a document that says this makes a difference.

It is not legal for an employer to withhold pay for hours worked. Contact the local National Labor Relations Board
@blenahan ty I thought so, is it illegal to threaten to do this & force employees to sign a doc agreeing?
@zzzoey @blenahan also reach out to your local craft union rep (even if your non union) if thats and option. Contact your state laborer and industry board as well.
