“Conservatives” have run out of ways of twisting the boundaries of English syntax and logical leaps in their “originalist” strategy of misinterpreting the Constitution.

So they have invented a new way called “Common good constitutionalism” which just means they can do whatever the fuck they want as long as it’s “in the common good” as defined by them. 😑
