@jr Got the new phone - Pixel 7 all setup! Took me awhile to work out how to "fix" the gestures. I might be a Luddite but the default swipe up for home / swipe up& hold for recent apps and swipe right for back are so inefficient and prone to errors. (Am I swiping in the app or trying to go back?) Am I the only one?

@Quentin Give it a week or so, and I suspect you'll get used to it — and likely never want to go back. ;)

Thanks! They do explain it better. I'm still not sold (not least of which because 5 mins after I get used to it, Google will subtly change it. They can never leave well enough alone!) Meanwhile coming from a pixel 3 to the 7, I do like having a notification bar at the top again!
