For 19 years that wedding ring has been on my finger and now I just wear the impression it has left on my finger.

My wife told me on Sunday she doesn’t love me, like that, anymore and I’ve been in a world of hurt.

I drank a lot of alcohol and slept a lot to try and numb the pain and forget.

I kept pinching myself hoping this was just a nightmare.

Now we have had a chance to talk it’s definitely over and there is no fixing it.
