@parabolicmirror @SpockResists why? Dems have no love for Sienema, and she's got no cred with the MAGA crowd, why would she be an attractive running mate for DeSantis?

@KingConstantine @SpockResists She's positioning herself as a moderate, independent, deal maker, which would look great for a VP. As a running mate to DeSantis she would make him look less extreme, which would attract the independent voters. It would also give DeSantis an east-west balance.

@parabolicmirror @SpockResists I think it would make him extremely vulnerable to holdout Trump voters and I expect he will pick somebody from the Trump inner circle rather than risk the MAGA crowd sitting this one out.

@KingConstantine @SpockResists Could be, but I think the GOP is finally starting to distance itself from the MAGA crowd. If trump stays in the race, they'll all vote for him no matter what, so a Republican contender will need another source of support.

@parabolicmirror @SpockResists They need the MAGA crowd to win primaries. I don't see an Anti-MAGA ticket getting the nom, no matter how hard media pushes for it.
