@daeken @valkyrie I mean all they had to do is say that UK cops aren't the same as US cops. It wouldn't have been great but less backlash.

@Pokemod97 @valkyrie but they really are the same. ACAB applies equally to cops in the UK. Same racism, same protectors of the state, same abuse, same systemic issues.

@daeken @valkyrie Yeah I'm seeing that here and in the reswitched discord. Thanks for proving me wrong. My instinct was that a country without guns and cops who don't carry guns would be way less of problem just because of the lack of side effects from guns.
