Of my mother-in-law’s collection of 37 Harry Stephen Keeler novels, I’ve picked 4 to read. Find the Clock, The Riddle of The Traveling Skull, The Mysterious Mr. I, and The Case of The Barking Clock. People who have read Keeler seemed to have mixed and somewhat inscrutable reviews. But my MIL collected his books and read at least 15 of them, so I’m curious.
I think I’ll start with Find The Clock, which is one of his earliest.
