@fauli1221 cell broadcast failed here. Nina worked but then the server crashed. I'd call it an improvement

@fauli1221 update: my old phone which doesn't even have a sim card just lost its crap and wouldn't stop rumbling but didn't have a Nina notification

@slipstream cell broadcast doesn't require a sim card

@fauli1221 oddly enough the devices I own that do have a sim card failed
