As a motorcyclist myself, I have been following it with interest. It does seem that the authorities in the USA are inordinately keen for Mrs Sacoolas not to return to the UK in any circumstances.

Speculation on the reason for that abounds, but the dilemma you point out is clearly a real one.

I'm glad that justice will be seen to be done and hope the outcome will bring closure for Harry's parents.
