Put simply:
- Due dates convey level of urgency.
- Priorities (H/M/L) convey well level of importance.
- Flagged items depict focus for the day.
- Smart list for tasks coming due in next 7 days -> Urgent
- Smart list for tasks with priority attached -> Important
- Smart list for manually flagged items -> Focus
