Assassin's Creed Valhalla has launched on Steam and that means getting it on Steam Deck and Linux desktop is much easier, since Valve have Proton. The experience on Steam Deck is surprisingly good too.

@gamingonlinux gettin' my deck this week or the next one, wondering if anyone played elden ring on it, how does it fare given that the pc version has been a mess for the longer part of its existence

@gamingonlinux I never played it, but after elden ring came out the SteamDeck was thought of as the definitive way to play, as it fixed the stutter issues I think, something to do with the shader cache iirc
