@hydrocabron @mmasnick fwiw JCPA would not have affected twitter since it's very from far meeting the bill's requirements for global users or market cap (even despite Elon's entire net worth counting towards this). Pretty sure Apple, Google, FB, and Microsoft would be the only affected companies.

@RobinSalt @hydrocabron as I noted in writing about it, Twitter would not qualify now. But it would have if Elon actually met his growth targets next year.
