The fact that Rev. Rafael Warnock won is cause to celebrate

The fact that the race was close – with someone as poor a human being as Herschel Walker – is cause for alarm

@flexghost I think what we're seeing is not the GOP being rejected, but MAGA as the last Trump candidate falls. Good for the country to be sure, but the danger remains.
@Tweetfiction it was so close we can’t pull a 2016 and discount trump.
@flexghost True. And besides, even if he's done it doesn't really save us. They're just going to learn how to implement the Fash without the flash. Less of a clown show, maybe more dangerous?
@flexghost It is absolutely cause for alarm, so we need to keep kicking ass, and understand the fight for a just and equitable world never stops.
@flexghost everyone with a Georgia phone number now taking their cell phone out of it's sounds proof container
@flexghost yes! Exactly this. It shouldn’t be this close!
@flexghost I have made the same statements. It is a sad, sad statement about Georgia that this was *ever* this close.
@flexghost Republicans say Walker represents their values. A guy who has paid for multiple abortions, but swears he’s against them even if everyone dies. He has children with multiple women, is credibly accused of violence, is a serial liar and law enforcement impersonator.
Those are some “Christian” values allright. I hope they know, we see them and we will not stop coming for them at the ballot box, and in the courts.
@Tbsa many right wing American Christian’s summed up right there
@flexghost it'll emboldened Republicans to put up more trash candidates, pray they lose by a much wider gap next time.
@flexghost true, but now he can go home to TX. He's already forgotten in GA.
@flexghost An aspect of this race people constantly overlook: the power of college football in the South, especially the Southeastern Conference. Walker is a UGa hero and Georgians live their football heros. A percentage voted for him simply because of that. Between that and the fascism, I'm honestly surprised he lost. This was too close and shows just how hosed up our society is.
