kimkin Norway, "up and not crying" is a not uncommon response to "how's it going" type questions, and I feel like that's a very reasonable standard to hold oneself to nowadays
Kim Possible@kimk This is spot-on. I lived among Norwegian ex-pats (in Minnesota) for four years. I never really fit in, but it was a fascinating experience. Not showing any emotion was like a sport.
