In Texas an Sri Lanken-American named Rajan Moonsinghe got a gun to protect his home. Suspecting a burglar he stood on his front porch. Cops arrived unannounced & shot him dead in less than 1 sec. And the NRA is silent. This is a trend.

Before Rajan, when cops killed Tamir Rice for a toy gun in an open carry state—NRA was 🤐. When cops killed legal gun owner Philando Castille, NRA was 🤐. But when Rittenhouse killed 2 people, NRA called him " a warrior for gun owners!”

2A doesn't apply to BIPOC.

I'm outside of the USA and so many things I hear are just inconcievable. How can a society bear such blatant injustice?

I don’t know. A large part of the people in this country aren’t entirely civilized. The left/Dems keep trying but the mechanisms of change are ridiculously slow. It’s extremely frustrating.

It just makes me so sad to watch it.
And, after January 6th, it also evokes sorrow and fear.
