I'm so so so grateful to be able to organize and lead actions like the Slow Streets #SlowRide today!! the @SafeStreetRebel community is something special. it's taught me about community and leadership and above all, the radical, revolutionary joy that comes with taking up space with your friends

it's hard to put into words just how much I've grown in the last year. #organizing works. we build connections and grow them and through that, we make the world a better place. and we make ourselves better people

I've learned how to be a leader and an organizer without being a manager. I've learned that every single person brings something completely unique to the table. I've learned and relearned and learned again that we are strongest together
