This hypocrisy and callousness is truly shameful. We don’t have to live like this.

US politicians enjoy universal healthcare—but vote NO to universal healthcare for workers.

US politicians enjoy living wages—but vote NO to living wages for workers.

US politicians enjoy paid sick leave—but vote NO to paid sick leave for workers.

We need and demand better. Vote OUT anti-worker politicians. Vote in public servants committed to justice above all else.

@QasimRashid its dishonest to keep saying “politicians” when you know is “Republicans “
@vy My guy, who signed it into law? A republican president or a Democrat president?
@QasimRashid You mean the railway workers health care bill that was supported by every Democrat in Congress and filibustered by unanimous Republican caucus? Is that what we are talking about, my guy?
@QasimRashid The answer in that case is that nobody signed it into law because the REPUBLICANS filibustered it. As you know. Not "politicians", but "Republicans".
@QasimRashid So "my guy" are you going to apologize for erroneously (ahem) blaming Democrats for Republican actions or not?
@vy you’re so disingenuous it’s incredible. There were two bills. You know this. You’re wrong. Please stop. Don’t want to have to block but happy to.
