The cluster-api experiment was a bust. After building the nodes with Terraform, and getting the management cluster online, the BYOH nodes failed to join with an error I can't find anywhere other than the source. Too alpha, will try again in a year...

Would be nice if CAPI had a Proxmox provider but Proxmox tooling support is.... Bad.
