Mr Spock 🖖I was just reading a post with “Christian” in their profile and their love of muskrat. Tell me if I’m wrong but aren’t Christians meant to follow Jesus? You know the man who was for the poor and freeing people from oppression. Yet these types seem to be for the rich oppressors?
Scott M Ramsay@SpockResists When you’ve been fed a steady diet of prosperity theology, it’s not hard to reach the false conclusion that billionaires are rich because of divine will. You also reject any criticism of the rich, because the man behind the pulpit keeps telling you that same divine will is coming for you, too, if you just add a few more dollars to the collection plate.
