Cuteness overload: Kyiv's Children's Choir performing "Carol of the Bell" at the Grand Central Station in NY. Proud fact: The music for "Carol of the Bell" was written by the Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych (100 years anniversary this year btw, yay!). Pinch of salt (tonnes of salt actually): Shortly after the premiere of "Carol of the Bell" in Carnegie Hall, NY Mykola was murdered by the undercover Chekist (USSR security agent) who had asked to stay the night at his house. After he shot the composer, he also robbed Mykola's family. Quite a familiar behaviour, isn't it? Have a nice day, everyone (except the terrorist state)!
