If you’re one of the tens of millions of hardworking people wondering why your $10K or $20K student loan forgiveness is on hold, here’s why.
A GOP plaintiff—who himself had $48K in PPP loans forgiven—is suing because he only got only $10K—not $20K—in student loan forgiveness.🤦🏽♂️ So he’s suing to burn it all down. The GOP hypocrisy and war on working people is truly a thing to behold.
And this is why we can’t have nice things. Smh.

The loan forgiveness sounds all well and good but I feel like it is not addressing the elephant in the room as to why they need to be forgiven and how we correct it moving forward.
Are the loans predatory?
Are the wages for graduates not sufficient?
Are the schools unfunded?
Are the school's finances being managed responsibly?
Are we going to have future rounds of loan forgiveness thus creating an indirect subsidy for higher ed loan practices?
