I'm currently in the process of migrating my note-taking system completely to Apple Notes. I've tried Notion, Obsidian, Evernote, Goodnotes, others etc, and given the Apple-centric nature of my workflow, the multi-device accessibility and the offline reliability of Apple Notes have been the deal-makers. Best of all, I have a number of custom Siri Shortcuts to speed up the creation of structured notes e.g. timestamped notes for zettlekasten, and auto-capture of PDFs into searchable database.
@sumergoconicio I use Google Keep. Before that it was Evernote, but it became unnecessarily complicated to use it with many unnecessary functions. Google Keep is very simple.
