@bcaligari @mistyswoman you tax thier assets. They're moneys abroad but thier assets are here. It's pretty simple. Gary Stevenson does a good explanation on wealth tax on YouTube if you want to know more.

@WGK90 @mistyswoman it's a slippery slope. Taxing income and transactions is one thing. Once you go down the road of expropriation it's a very very dangerous path. I'm old enough and have lived in places where that was tried.
