this one is just a queer mood so it works equally well for most of the cast really
imo ram regularly makes jokes about "being evil", like this one, as a coping mechanism to help herself accept that she doesn't need to be that person any more and that she's loved for who she really is

the main reason he hadn't shown up yet is that his official art is all fuckin tiny, i had to shrink down both the post and millia dramatically for this one
