@Aminorjourney They do seem to have some misgivings about those highly emotional humans running around unsupervised.
Which is a bit ironic considering that as "Ni'Vari", the emotion-laden Romulans get included in that race. Which seems like a potential source of dramatic tension for some of the story tellers out there.
But I digress. Calling this "The Federation" seems a fun means of teasing certain easily irritated Vulcans who miss that irritation is an emotional response.
