Or am I just not remembering news reports correctly? Certainly a possibility considering all the news lately.

@decarrera @ConnorMoran @andrew @krisnelson @law That will likely turn out to be the case (that they are non-dischargeable) but formally we won't be able to say until the issue is raised and argued in the bankruptcy court itself (assuming we get that far and he doesn't just end up kicked out of the process and prosecuted for some sort of bankruptcy fraud in the interim)
