Yesterday I reached the "weeping on the floor" stage of essay-writing, which I admit I didn't think would be a part of every essay I write at this level, but it seems quite fundamental.
@aeshaw What’s the subject of your essay?
@NonFatMead It's about the ways in which pedagogical theory can support the work of digital education specialists in resolving academic resistance to technology XD

@aeshaw

*eyes widen*

Pretty simple stuff then, yeah?

@NonFatMead piece of cake ;)
@aeshaw Good luck! And remember that piece of cake as a reward for when you finish, yeah?
@NonFatMead aw yeah, might even be time for the first mince pie? That could be a great motivator...
@aeshaw sorry to hear this happened again. You will get there, and don’t be too hard on yourself. I always find you so eloquent and thoughtful (and hope this helps in its own tiny way)
@DeborahJArnold <3 I so appreciate that. It really does help. It is just possible that I might need to accept this emotional tooth-pulling as part of a necessary process whilst I see through the Masters...I am hoping that, like pulling the bad tooth, indeed, it'll wind up having been good for me! And after the crying at least, it does seem to get easier... I'm hoping, too, that being honest about it will let me look back next time and worry less!

@aeshaw @DeborahJArnold Tooth pulling? Sounded more like you were giving birth ... to an essay no less! 😆

Get that baby out! Keep pushing.
