@rkd993 @vanbadham yes I’m absolutely devastated. To have gone through that tortuous court case only to have it dismissed (I still suspect that it was deliberately sabotaged) and to then have to contemplate repeating it all over again - what woman could ever be expected to be emotionally stable enough to handle that scenario? Bad enough suffering the initial assault, let alone having to relive it over and over under public scrutiny and amidst insults and character assassination. It’s just so unfair!! 🤬

Yes, the juror misbehaviour remains problematic.
We'll probably never know the truth. The judge was quite clear about the rules, repeatedly. Highly like the misbehaviour was not an accident. Ideally all links should have been traced back.
