He's quite right! I just learned a couple of years ago that bi/pan folks are the largest category in the LGBTQIA+ community. But you'd never think that from what we seem even in queer-centered media.

@ruby Totally. I also think it's because a lot of time people who are bi end up in long-term relationships, so people forget they are bi. For years, I thought of my friend Melissa as gay just because she was married to a woman. But she's always been bi. But my brain got used to her relationship and made a lazy assumption.
