I'm old enough to remember that "crumbling infrastructure" was one of the reasons to privatise water.

That worked well!

@ScotInTraining @goodlawproject sadly, by privatising these companies the government has effectively moved the problem to the private sector and, thus, out of their hands. Sneaky.

Cornwall is being offered a £30 rebate if our reservoir hits 30% capacity by Xmas. That money should be used to build new infrastructure.
