I welcome negotiations as well, but I doubt whether they make sense at this time, because it still seems unlikely that the Kremlin is ready to agree with a full retreat of the Russian military from the whole of the territory of #Ukraine.

I am also skeptical about your motives towards stopping weapon deliveries *before* a favourable outcome of negotiations. In any case, I am sure Putin will applaud your initiative.
