@considermycatjohn We have a booking system for desks, but it is ruthless. If you don't claim your desk quick enough it releases it. And the system isn't available via the internet so if you are travelling you are stuck. Also we have to book car park spaces, but the car park is open to the public and another org which don't use the system!
