@andykroll SCOTUS has already determined (and very recently) that they can’t intervene in how states run their elections. States aren’t comprised solely of the legislatures. What business does Federal judiciary have to intervene in the business of state court responsibilities as they pertain to elections? They do it because Republicans have been losing in court. The very fact that SCOTUS agreed to take this up contradicts their own recent decisions. That should worry us all.
